Libraries trust Gizzago with families' details. If you think you have found a weakness, we want to hear about it, and we will thank you for it.
How to report it
Email security@gizzago.com with what you found, the address where you found it, and the steps to see it again. Write in English; screenshots help.
What we will do
- Reply to say we have it.
- Keep you told while we look into it and fix it.
- Say thank you by name when it is fixed, if you would like.
Please
- Only use your own account, or a test library we set up for you. Never look at, change or keep anyone else’s details.
- Do not slow the service down for libraries: no load testing, spam or automated scanning that floods it.
- Give us a fair chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
